CONVERSATIONAL PRINTS

NOVELTY PRINTS

Conversational prints of all kinds of different topics
-animals, people, landscapes-
...have fun!

This bird-themed print was intended for paper products or accessories. It is a combination of techniques: the birds were painted by gouache, while the background floral is a lithograph of mine.

Market scenes and local products inspired the watercolour print that I designed for kitchen products.

This extravagant combination of pink orchids and black panthers was designed for the request of the British surface design studio Novelty House that specialises in conversational prints.

These two tropical prints, featuring exotic birds, were another designs that I painted for Novelty House Studio, UK

This safari-themed print was born out my collaboration with Tafex Studio. It was designed for their client Zara.
I used lino-cut and other stamp tools to develop the various textures seen in the motifs.

Tafex Studio commissioned some prints for their client Mango Men, to be used for men’s shirting. This Hawaiian theme was one of them. I had a lot of fun working out all the characters and details featured in the design.

A vacation theme in black and white was the story for this Tafex print. I mixed a variety of scenes, just like in an old-fashioned “grand tour”, or like a 60s road movie: including my ink-paintings of Cadaques, Budapest, Prague, Rome, and Barcelona.

"Spicy Winter" is a pattern designed for wrapping paper for the Holiday season. Painted in gouach
